Cancellation Policy

📄 Terms & Conditions— Enriques Contracting Services 1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern all services performed by Enriques Contracting Services. By booking an estimate, consultation, or project, the customer agrees to these terms. 2. Licensing & Compliance Enriques Contracting Services operates under a California B-2 Residential Remodeling Contractor License and complies with all applicable state and local regulations. 3. Estimates & Proposals Estimates are billed at a $250 non-refundable fee once completed. Written proposals are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Changes to the scope may require an updated estimate. 4. Contracts & Authorization All work requires a signed written contract per California law (Business & Professions Code §7159). Work will not begin until the contract is signed and all required payments are made. 5. Payments Payments must follow the schedule listed in the contract. Failure to make payments may result in project delays or suspension of work. Final payment is due at project completion, after walkthrough and sign-off. 6. Change Orders Any additions, removals, or changes to the project must be approved through a signed change order. Change orders may affect pricing and project timeline. 7. Property Conditions Customers are responsible for: Providing access to the property Ensuring utilities are available (water, power) Disclosing known hazards or structural issues Hidden or unforeseen conditions may require additional charges. 8. Jobsite Safety Customers agree to maintain a safe environment. Children, pets, and unauthorized individuals must stay away from active work areas. 9. Materials Materials are purchased based on customer selections. Custom or special-order materials are non-refundable once ordered. Customer-provided materials are installed without warranty from Enriques Contracting Services. 10. Warranty Labor/workmanship is covered for 1 year from completion. Damage caused by misuse, external events, or normal wear is not covered. 11. Cancellations All cancellations must follow the Booking & Cancellation Policy posted on the main policy page. 12. Legal Enriques Contracting Services reserves the right to refuse service, pursue unpaid balances, and enforce contract rights as permitted by California law.
