Enrique’s Contracting Services is a California-licensed residential general contracting company specializing in value-add construction for rental and investment properties. Founded by Enrique Bennett, the company was built on hands-on experience, accountability, and a commitment to delivering construction work that performs long after the project is complete.

 

Over time, our focus evolved to meet a growing need in the Inland Empire: dependable construction partners for ADU projects, garage conversions, rehab-for-rent renovations, and small multifamily improvements.
