  • Installing or replacing ceiling fans

  • Replacing ventilation grilles or small pre-assembled exhaust fans

(For major system installations, new lines, or upgrades, we coordinate with properly licensed subcontractors.)

What Our B-2 License Does Not Allow

To remain fully compliant with California CSLB regulations, we do not perform:

  • Structural changes or load-bearing wall modifications

  • New electrical, plumbing, or HVAC system installations

  • HVAC system replacement

  • Full roof replacements

  • Specialty licensed trade work (fire protection, asbestos, well drilling, etc.)

  • Projects involving fewer than three unrelated trades
