Terms & Conditions — Enrique’s Contracting Services 1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Enrique’s Contracting Services. By booking any appointment, consultation, inspection, assessment, or construction service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms. 2. Licensing & Compliance Enrique’s Contracting Services operates under California B-2 Residential General Contractor License #1141647. All work is performed in compliance with applicable California state and local laws. Services are limited to work permitted under a B-2 license. When required, properly licensed subcontractors may be retained for specialty trades. 3. Appointments, Assessments & Consultations Appointments may include property evaluations, feasibility reviews, scope development, or multi-trade repair services. Appointment fees are non-refundable once the service is rendered unless otherwise stated in writing. Fees apply to the scheduled time and professional evaluation provided. 4. Estimates & Proposals Written proposals may be issued following an appointment. Proposals are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Changes in scope, materials, site conditions, or code requirements may require a revised estimate. 5. Contracts & Authorization Per California Business & Professions Code §7159, all construction work requires a signed written contract. No construction services will begin until the contract is executed and required deposits or payments are received. 6. Payments Payments must follow the schedule outlined in the contract or booking confirmation. Failure to make payments may result in project delays, suspension, or termination. Final payment is due upon substantial completion and final walkthrough unless otherwise agreed. 7. Change Orders All modifications to the approved scope must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Changes may impact cost and timeline. 8. Property Access & Conditions Clients are responsible for providing safe access, maintaining utilities, and disclosing known hazards. Concealed or unforeseen conditions may require additional charges or schedule adjustments. 9. Jobsite Safety Clients must keep children, pets, and unauthorized individuals away from work areas. Enrique’s Contracting Services is not liable for injuries resulting from unsafe site conditions beyond contractor control. 10. Materials Custom or special-order materials
